Roaches and mildew smell Had roaches(counted 6 of them)! Had a bad odor when i first opened the door(like a mildew smell). Probably wont EVER stay at any extended stay due to this experience.

Bad experience The stay here was bad overall. When we went into the hotel the guy in the front didn’t even help us for about 30 min he was just sitting there on his phone and me and my partner were ready to check in so we could sleep. When he finally got to us we got our room cards and then we went up stairs and the temperature instantly went up to the point to where we were sweating. It was so hot in the upstairs area. Customers serice was bad. Especially from the gentleman that worked the front desk the evening. Pla e was decent for the price. Just bad customer service.

Lack of clean toilets.

Front desk man was grumpy and rude. Elevator did not work. We were on 3rd floor. Bathroom had caulk all around floor by toilet. No overhead vent in bathroom, just a big hole. A/C made this crazy rumbling sound, like a generator. At least we had ear plugs. Ran out of coffee in the am, no one around to refill. They don't have ice machines as they are set up for more long term stay guests. But, should have complimentary bags of ice for guests who aren't. Only had 1 dinky little ice tray in fridge/freezer.
