I would atleast like half of my refund back because I waited literally for hours just to get checked in the credit card machine was down and i never received my utensils to cook like pots and pans no nothing before the staff member had left before the night ended! Very unsatisfied

Horrible I made a reservation and when I got there to check in they said they couldn’t take me until the next business day

There is a $25 feel that has to be paid on top of the selected rate, This needs to be included in the pricing, people need to know that it has to be paid as well. If they want to stay.
