I thought the hotel was nice until I got to the floor I was on the second floor and It smelled like cigarette smoke I got in the room and the table and the chair was dirty I had to clean it myself the staff was amazing they were nice and friendly but on my last day when I got ready to leave I saw two roaches in my room which was very disgusting so I would not recommend staying at this hotel

This hotel is a BAD…. This is a upgrade homeless shelter … musty smells … loud floors … check my youtube page at fettimotivates for full video review

Room was very dirty, furniture with stains and broken, the building needs urgent renovation, rude staff, smelly room and hallways.

No room available when I arrived. I had to switch hotels. They are reserving more rooms than they can clean. I was a late arrival so I didn’t get one even though I prepaid and booked 4 hours before my stay

Horrible I left a personal hand written complaint with Helen the front office manager and explained in great detail on the handwritten note everything that was wrong. Helen assured me that she would contact me on my cell to confirm that my card on file would be refunded for the inconvenience; however, I have not heard back from Helen regarding my full refund.
