Staff unfriendly they gave me a wrong room no the one i ordered. On Front desk no one there . always have to wait to get service I ask for dishes and they said dont have any . we need to buy my own dishes. they dont give a diference for that room . it was a cheap room Sofa bed very imcomfortable no sheets for the sofa bed . im very opset for my stay on the Hotel. i be happy gave me a refund.

Rude at check in. I had prepaid but was charged 40$ Instead of a hold on my CC It’s cheap but would really avoid and choose the Marriott down the road for similar price

There were problems with this hotel from the minute that we checked in. The person working the counter took forever to check us all in. I believe I waited over an hour while three other people were in front of me. Be evacuated for a hurricane so I thought they would show a little compassion but that was not the case whenever we asked if we could get a late check-out by 2 hours or so and they said that their system would not allow it. dont stay at this hotel go down the street rude night desk clerk, just plan rude and would not listen when guest services called about my compliant
