Wasn’t clean. I requested it to be cleaned and they refused. I requested towels they said none until the next day. I was checking out the next morning. No dishes. Cars were broken into over night. Never will I stay there again. Front desk was never at front desk. You had to track them down outside talking to their friends instead of being at the front desk.

The front desk staff was a jerk and super rude . And our room had roaches and they didn’t even do anything about it . Plus still have not even received my deposit back back

Don’t stay here unless you’re desperate Front desk was highly unfriendly, check in took a solid 15 minutes, was charged twice even when I pointed out that the payment had already gone through, (they fixed that the next day). The halls and room smelled bad, the bed and bedding were highly uncomfortable, but it was clean luckily. Thankfully we only needed to sleep there about 6 hours.

Toilet didn't work when we came into the room. A piece of carpet probably 2' x 2' was cut out and placed back into the hole. as soon as it was stepped on it came out. we were there 3 days and the room was never cleaned; nothing was in any of the kitchen drawers, no utensils whatsoever. Called downstairs for a couple of things and was told to come down to get it. They have signs everywhere saying if you need anything just ask...What a joke that is.

dirty. cockroaches. not clean. carpet not clean. condom found on the floor. old appliances with rust
