Horrible, dirty..rude staff..nice area but cust svc is horrible

Had to ask for kitchenware and they don’t bring it to you. They say they don’t deliver to rooms for their safety but paper clearly says they do. Had to ask for chairs they were missing. Room smelled like wet dog and ass. I sprayed perfume and opened the window the entire time. Tried to cook but was hard as roaches came out from sink and in middle of night went to bathroom and were scurrying across the bathroom floor.

Low price for low quality/service Location is good and price lower than other places nearby but you get (or don’t get) what you pay for- very slow checkin and poor service with no manners. Breakfast is advertised but almost nothing provided. Water pressure low. No other amenities to purchase at front desk either.

The pictures does not looks like the hotel. The elevator was out of order. The front desk attendant stated to another worker that she waived all the guest deposit but still asked me for one. I had an ironing board but no iron. For 70 plus 25 dollars. That hotel is not worth it and i will not be booking there anymore
