Unsure The place was being worked on, room next to us was being treated for mold. Makes you weary of your room. No plastic cups for the bathroom, I had to go ask for them. As an extended stay not even a coffee pot was in the room. Just didn't feel comfortable there overall

Sexually harassed physically assaulted district manager did nothing

This location and property is up to standard from this hotel chain. The receptionist was very rude and unfriendly. He had an earplug on and keeps screaming at me during check in because he could not hear me. Room was dirty and old. No hangers, utensils, supplies to use even though it's a full kitchen room. Closet shelf is fallen apart without closet door. The is this creepy old guy in a wheelchair that hang around the stairway, there are soiled toilets in the stairway. EL ESTABLECIMIENTO NO RESPETÓ LA RESERVA CON EXPEDIA. AL LLEGAR, LA PERSONA EN EL MOSTRADOR DIJO QUE NO TENÍA NINGUNA RESERVA TODA VEZ QUE SE LE MOSTRÓ EL DOCUMENTO IMPRESO. DIJO QUE LA RESERVA ESTABA EN ESPAÑOL Y QUE NO ENTENDÍA. QUE NO TENÍA HABITACIONES DISPONIBLES EXCEPTO UNA DE 100 USD POR NOCHE Y QUE NO NOS LA IBA A ASIGNAR. NO TUVO NINGÚNA DISPOSICIÓN DE AYUDAR Y POR EL CONTRARIO, SE NEGÓ A PRESTAR CUALQUIER TIPO DE APOYO.

It's in an odd location off the freeway behind some other buildings and next door to a funeral home. Only the funeral home looks like it has been there longer than the hotel and the new apartments nearby. I generally reclean hotel rooms upon arrival. This one really needed it! The refrigerator was visibly dirty inside and out plus had a large dent in it. There were still items inside from the last guest(s). Never again When arrived, the room appears to be clean. The hotel itself had a bad odor, which intensified when I got to the room. I cleaned the room with bleach, that didn’t help. The toilet didn’t flush and the sink wouldn’t drain......
