terrible experience When we first got there to the hotel they didn’t even have the room that I paid for and said that I needed to pay again because the reservation didn’t go thru so I was charged twice and still didn’t get the room I requested. I didn’t get to sleep at all cause I was uncomfortable from sleeping on a small couch which had stains all over it and it was just nasty and disgusting in the room. Rooms looked raggedy & they were small. Bathroom wasn’t clean, someone urinated in our bathroom & didn’t flush. Overall gross

Do NOT STAY HERE The old overnight lady had me mistaken for another lady. I just had a major medical treatment, and her 1st words to me were "hung over"? After informing her that I dont drink & I'm actually a drug counselor, she went on to talk bad about the lady on the 3rd floor, who happens to be a drunk.
