The hotel is very run down i stayed Dec 23-28 2018 & the TV never came on the manager Kim was so rude and said the tv is not included in the nightly rate is just an accessory.. I literally was in shock when stood by that.. DO NOT STAY HERE

Horrible conditions This hotel is awful. It is disgusting on the inside. Supposed to be smoke free rooms, but the room smelled like thick smoke. There were used q tips on the floor. Hotel’s service was sub par. Find somewhere else. Not worth $80 a night.

Worst service ever. Don’t book! Worst service. No one at the lobby when we reach late around 12 in the night and called the number multiple times and nobody picked. Then finally after an hour wait one person came. Rooms are stinking and no proper food.

The air conditioning system was blowing hot air and the tv wasn’t working

UNBELIEVABLE!!! Horrible stay. I arrived around 9pm on business. I booked 2 rooms. My confirmation clearly stated that both rooms were for 2 double beds. My co-workers room was 1 bed and he was made to pay an extra 22 even though the room was already secured with full payment. After watching 1 movie, the entire hotel lost TV service. The next day, the on call workers spent the entire day going to each room with a working tv to troubleshoot the problem. Finding out that every tv in the hotel was bed. It was horrible, the TV didn't work for 2 weeks and nothing was done about it.
