No hubo cambio de toallas ni reposicion de papel higienico y productos de aseo.La cocina no se pudo usar,no contaba con ningun utencilio de cocina ,los gabinetes rotos y sin higiene al igual que el baño estaba sucio,la habitacion parece que no la habian limpiado.

Bed bugs!! Bed bugs on bed they seemed to have been living there for a while , have a video of it . Disgusting!! Extremely dirty !

Horrible, reserved the hotel and when i got there i was told that my name wasnt on the list even though i already payed
