The worst hotel experience ever!. Room was smelly, and items were oily and sticky, discussting!. Room did not have any shampoo or soap or other bathroom items, towels were dirty. It had a refrigerator and cook top but no plates or cooking pots Hotel advertised, free breakfast, came down and I only found coffee, nothing was on the table. I was given 50% by hotel refund never came in My hotel room came with 2 beds one of which had a broken frame. I literally slept on the floor. The mananger at the hotel said to let you guys know so I can get 50% credit since they could not offer me new room or fix my bed and I did but you guys didn’t refund the money back

My car was parked in the parking lot. Waking up this morning. I found out my 2 side mirrors were broken. I’m not from here. I live in Minnesota so I don’t know why someone will do that to me. I drive a luxury car and it’s expensive to fix. Security here is useless

This unfortunately was a very embarrassing experience for me, as I planned this trip to enjoy with my loved ones and the hotel was so horrendous, I actually had to spend extra money to book separate hotel rooms just to shower and enjoy a pool that wasn’t broken and dangerous. The money I was supposedly saving by bundling, ended up being wasted on Uber rides to other hotels and other rooms. I had booked a room with 2 double beds and we were given one with 1 double bed and 1 pull out couch. The couch was extremely uncomfortable to sleep in and had wires sticking out and poking the back. When I called the reception, she wasnt even apologetic and told me nothing else was available. The breakfast was a joke and they didnt even have milk. My baby has to go hungry

The hotel itsself is nice however I was there for 2 nights with no clean sheets or towels even after I gave them the dirty ones. I asked for clean linen repeatedly and was told that the laundry person quit so nothing could be done about it.

As soon as I drove up Around 9pm people where hanging out in the parking lot as if I was at a night club, cars in the parking lot on flat.
