First room had a non-functional tv and phone. Second room had a foul odor.

Save yourself the hassle Booked a one bedroom queen (available according to their status on hotels.com). Arrived at night and waited at the front door bc it was locked and another guest was also waiting outside for the lobby entrance door to be unlocked in order to check in; front desk worker was terribly rude, she did not want to help AT ALL. Proceeded to raise her voice: that we needed to solve the issue with hotels.com bc they had no queen one bedroom available. SO RUDE. I’ve always seen bad reviews on websites and never ... read more

Disappointed NO breakfast, room was filthy, horrible odor throughout the entire hotel (smelt like mildew, cigarettes and dog pee). Pool was closed, one of the elevators was out of odor and also the cable had no signal on some channels. Positive, staff was friendly, just the hotel was a disaster.

Room smelt of sewage, pool was closed as per Houston Health Department. I’d go somewhere else if I was in the area again.

Horrible The AC wasn't working and the room stinked badly.

Something went wrong w online payment this happens every time i book a room here and i book rooms often its embarrassing and frustrating ive had enough i cant seem to ever come and jus relax theres always is an issue w my payment i jus want a peaceful relaxing stay one time and not worry about anything

No es recomendable Del desayuno "continental" no hubo nada, solo cafe y unos panes, las habitaciones muy sucias, sin caja de seguridad, no es lo que esperabamos. Wifi lento, el otro lo cobran aparte...
