Pool was closed, awaiting inspection... complementary breakfast was sub par, front desk never attended, pull out sofawas in made and old pillows and sheet were stuff under the couch, need to retrieve new towels from front desk, air conditioner needed to be worked on

Extremely disappointing!! I asked for a clothes hanger and coffee maker Hotel receptionist told me those are favors provided by the hotel and i shouldn't expect it until a months time. People smoke in the hall ways without remorse. Room service chooses what trash to take out. Hotel staff is extremely horrible. Won't recommend it to anyone even an enemy

Trashy nasty and rude This place straight sucks the customer service is rude. The rooms smell. They walk in your room without knocking. I was naked when they did it to me. 🐕 barking people slamming doors. The breakfast is a joke for the money paid its not worth it.The pool isnt even open

Dont waist time or money Worst stay ever hurd dogs barking people slamming doors and i call office got told everyone has paid for a room i cant do anything. Then front desk clerk walked in my room didnt knock nothing while i was naked. And then house keepers was recording my kids witch they have no business doing then the hotel asks me to leave for putting in a formal complaint

I was instantly mad the second i walked in. When i went to check in the clerk was rude. And when my wife called for details they said nothing about a $100 deposit. They need more parking and better access to the place.

There was Roachs in the room. The room itself was nice hallways was vacuum cleaned . I didn’t reserve this hotel. My first reservation was mess up by the system choosing a city and Hotel that I was just looking at. I chose a different city and hotel. I had to await a refund which didn’t take long.

Broken sink. Maintenance fixed it and left trash all over the floor.

Bad customer service. We booked a room on hotels.com just to get to the hotel and be told that they were out of rooms. The lady sounded completely frustrated and told us that we shouldn’t have been able to book the room. Hotels.com was ver fast in processing the cancel however while the hotel didn’t even let us in the building.
