Foreign hair and and unclean sheets The hotel is located in a good area with accessiblity to local malls and restaurants which is awesome but the service was horrendous and that is putting it mildly. The bed was full of someone's hair and when I voiced this concern to the front desk it was meet with hostility and uncooperation. Needless to say I will not be returning

It is is just very kept. I know when you stay at Extended Stays, they may not have the same care are some of the other hotels, but there was a HUGE stain on the carpet. The toilet was clogged. The staff at the desk was very sweet but for the price I found a stay at another hotel and canceled my reservation.

Just kind of blah The night ladies Danuta and another woman were by far the best part of my visit, just to highlight the one positive thing. I was first placed in a room that had a dirty toilet that ended up overflowing after I peed. The second room they moved me into was an upgrade (likely due to the overflowing toilet) which I appreciated. However, it was lacking a couch. WORST stay ever It was the WORST HOTEL I have stayed in. Air didn't work, pool not open during "Spring Break" Fire Alarm went off and there was NO STAFF at HOTEL. We couldn't leave cause I made a BIG Mistake to PRE PAY.... NEVER AGAIN

Convenient location but loud and outdated The location was perfect for work, but you could hear everything through the walls and none of the appliances or air conditioner had working screens. We never knew what temperature or time we were setting. They claim the kitchens are fully furnished, but they come bare and you have to ask for each thing you want. It took 3 hours to get an ironing board, well after it was needed to get to work on time. The staff were accommodating, but didn't have personable personalities by any means... read more

Good Location, Bad Experience Stayed at the hotel for 2 nights.. Got put in the wrong room.. Restroom was dirty.. Had the soap in the shower from previous guest. Requested small towels the first night, and they did not have any clean ones. Called the second night.. still no clean towels.. I have stayed in plenty of extended stays, but this is by far the worst experience I have had.

Never again. Worst stay at a hotel I've ever had. I booked a room and when we got there that evening, I was told they previous clerk had 'not put us down for a room' sending us to another location of theirs in which no one there knew what I was talking about. I booked a smokefree room but it clearly wasn't. Spend the extra cash and stay ANYWHERE else.

Bad front desk clerk and website I booked this hotel online I arrived 30 minutes after booking to find out that the hotel was sold out for the night. The front desk clerk shut the door in my face and said sorry no rooms and walk away. I told her I have a reservation she walked away without trying to assist me with my issue.
