harrassed constantly it was very bad the manager Maria was really rude and she like to harass people she's always coming in people's rooms

Dirty hotel. (DONT JUDGE A BOOK BY ITS COVER!) The room are smoked in even though the hotel states it’s smoke free infact found cigarette ashes in ac vents, heating does not work, all sheets have yellow spots on them. There are ants in the room, dust in room,kitchen sink is disgusting and the most important there is no housekeeping on weekends so if you have any problem the staff cannot do anything. The hotel looks nice only from outside from inside it’s a total different story!

Review Could’ve had a better way of letting someone in after hours. And the tv didn’t work that well.

Bad experience at Extended Stay There were a pair of shoes under the bed which shows no cleaning on the room. The lobby personnel was not friendly at all The sofa on my suite had no sheets, I order some by calling at the front desk and they told me they didn't have clean sheets There were no silverware on the suite and when I called the front desk to order a set, they told me they didn´t have any available nor cleaned.

I was not happy with the customer service and probably won't recommend it to my friends and family. I wasn't happy with expedia either but they called to fix the problem on their end now it's the hotels turn. I didn't get checked in and had to drive around with a dead phone to find another hotel and i don't think that's right because i did have a reservation.

Bad First room I was put in had no remote for tv. No microwave. Stove top missing. Used towel. No soap.

Ewwww Noone at the front desk upon arrival - waited 10+ minutes; security guard had to go find the front desk clerk. The room stinks, and the whole property - inside and out - smells like vomit. Lots of questionable people hanging out in the parking lot.
