Worst experience ever We checked in late, one door didn't work to get in, there were several cockroaches in our room, the air conditioner was broken, there were no sheets for our pull out bed in sofa. We finally got switched to another room so we could have air for our children. There were still cockroaches, we couldn't connect to the Wi-Fi with the password they us. Breakfast was supposed to end at 930, at 900 there was no breakfast out anymore or coffee.

Don't stay at this hotel Though I stayed for 2 days ,they didn't repair the tv inspite of my complaint.i was not provided any towels,kitchen appliances were not sent to the room and Didn't get toaster.Staff was overworked,unfriendly,rude

Bugs spiders and some type of droppins in the bed Girl at the front desk was nice...our room was filthy...Bugs spiders and some type of droppins in the bed..moved us to a different room where there were no pillows..not happy here at all

Overpriced.Motel experience in extended stay. There was only a guard to let us in after 10pm. The rooms had draft and bed sheet were dirty and pathetic. It was worse than a hotel. The a/c was not working and there was cold draft. My son became sick after staying there. Moreover it overpriced for this experience. It is not on par in standards compared to other extended stay hotels

Cleaning without a smile I was vary upset to learn we had to clean our own room! Ask for clean towels ..... no drain for a bath had to use a washcloth then went downstairs to have breakfast very very poor!!! Oatmel and granola bars coffee,tea no microwave,toaster no fruit of any kind. I thought maybe the coffee would be on for the day I didn't think it would be that hard to do???
