Be careful There was old food and crumbs along the third floor corridor. Room 318 had no hot water. When I asked the front desk attendant she said "What, no one has said anything about the room." 20 minutes after check in and two trips down stairs, a phone call was made and then I was giving another room. The elevators are doomsday machine and the rooms had no pots,pans, dishes, silverware, coffeemaker, nothing. Great location but buyer beware
Nice hotel, terrible employees and guests Front desk could not tell me where my room was...what??? The room was nice. There was shouting and fighting all night from other guests. Front desk just short and not helpful. Too bad...like the room and the location. Won't ever go back
About wifi Wifi was very late.I could not surf the web so it was uncomfortable.
Not Worth It The breakfast is not breakfast at all. The gym is no gym at all. The amenities are greatly over exaggerated. I will never go back to this hotel.
Not good. The room was still dirty it had the last guests clothing and used towels in the recliner. There was absolutely no ice. They had two ice machines that did not work. The grab and go breakfast was just coffee. They closed the main entrance to the hotel, and some of the outside doors did not work. This hotel was the worst experience I ever had. I do not recommend this hotel to any one.
The whole hotel inside and out smelled like propane. Could not keep the air running because the smell was out bad outside it made you nauseous.
Something Amiss Here This extended stay did not measure up to other locations of the same chain. Complementary breakfast and the normal room amenities (coffee maker and kitchen utensils were absent and not provided on request). Stairwell remained un-vacuumed our entire 4 day stay, morning showers had tepid water, the bathroom had mold in shower corners.
