Not happy I want a refund The room smell really bad and two small t.v. had bad pic and a lot noise i need a refund back I won't stay again second time still bad

Dont Book Here’s Terrible place. The desk service sucks. The rooms smell like dog. It was just a horrible experience. Whatever you do, dont chose this location

Sketchy hotel We arrived to the hotel with being greeted and checked in by a women from hospitality. She was kind, however we were only able to be issued 1 hotel key. Our bed didn’t have a headboard, there was a stain on our sheets, unsecured room lock (someone had busted the door in a previous incident) and the outside of our room door contained supply storage, which is a fall hazard. Do NOT stay here if you have a choice!

Overbooked twice in one night! They overbooked us twice! I had to go to three different hotels just to be charged more in the end. I was told that the price changed because my confirmation number didn't check out even though I showed them the email on my phone. The room smelled and the walls were razor thin. I had to turn up my t.v. just to drown out the noise from next door.

just awful it was awful....no utensils in the kitchen. no sheets on sofa bed even tho i paid extra for a 4 person room!!.called front desk...waited hours....no pillows....no maid service...not even a "do not disturb " sign. waited 1 hour past check. in time!! wouldn't let my husband check in without me because i made the reservation?! just awful...
