Never again Absolutely horrible. Check in wait 30minutes. No one at front desk. Breakfast coffee and a nasty granola bar. TV did not work. Nothing to do with weather. Credit if $11.00. WOW

No es lo que ofrecen Dicen que incluye el desayuno y lo único que había era café y unas barritas. En los 4 días que estuve hospedado, no hicieron nunca la limpieza del cuarto ni cambiaron toallas, etc. al reclamar en el hotel me dijeron que la limpieza la hacen solamente una vez por semana.

Worst hotel I’ve ever been to. Dirty sheets and pillows, the floors were not swept, old furniture, musty smell in the room, and overall unclean. When I asked for new pillows, the staff said they didn’t have any and housekeeping would not be there until later. We around 10pm.

Nice hotel midway between Katy & Houston stayed here briefly because of the location. Check in was smooth . decently clean pet friendly hotel. i dont have any pets but i saw a few guests with theirs. internet speed is decent and parking is free as advertised. if you try to locate the hotel using GPS and you're on I10, pay attention so you dont miss the turn into the hotel as you descend into the service lane. the hotel is less than half a mile after the highway exit

Thieves After pre paying for my room on Expedia, I arrived at the hotel and they asked for my card only for incidentals but they charged my card for the room. They DID NOT REFUND MY MONEY. Do NOT stay at this hotel.

Not what I Expected 1. Check in was fast and easy, But the checking desk was full of clutter and the clerk was busy folding towels. 2. A black cat in the hallways. 3. No ice buckets, BUT also NO ICE. 4. Furniture was dated and the room had a musty smell. 5. WiFi was free but slow. 6. Bed was hard and uncomfortable. 7 The tub was draining very slow, so I was standing in a pool of water. 8 Yes they had breakfast. Coffee but NO Coffee cups and a granola bar for breakfast. This is Not what I expected, So I will NOT return.

Staff-unprofessional Room-not cleaned well Questionable cleanliness of the room. See photo taken after area of uncleanliness was found. Ugh. To be clear, this was present prior to my arrival. Nasty!
