I normally would not leave a review because I would prefer not to speak ill of someone or something. However, I want others to know before they make a reservation what they will get instead of what it looks like online. We were in town to go to the cancer center so the distance from the hospital, breakfast, and pictures of the hotel on line was the reason we chose the hotel. The room smelled like mildew, the bed was a rock, and the shower had only one temperature…. SCALDING! Oh the elevator was out and the front desk was completely unbothered with any of it! It was cheap so I guess I got what I paid for lol

No elevator. Breakfast and even the coffee is close to non. Doors wont lock properly. Water is to minimum that you barely can take a shower. Hallway smells like cigarette.

Was told the room was non smoking and I know for a fact it was not. It stunk so bad!!! I am handicap and the elevator did not work.! The check in staff was amazing. The room was spacious and clean. I would never go back!

I didn't get clean towels for 2 days and when I asked for some the day shift said there were none and the night shift was rude and said no note was left for towels. The washers were out of order

Elevator out of order. Rooms are worn and badly need refreshing (chipped paint, dingy). "Breakfast" is a bit of joke: instant coffee and breakfast bars in a basket.

There was an awful smell upstairs in the hallway and the elevator was out of order. My 2 friends are disabled and I helped them with their luggage.

Room was relatively clean but not maintained. Shower rod was hanging down and the USB outlets didn't work. The hallways constantly smelled of cigarettes and weed. Thankfully, the rooms smelled ok. Breakfast was practically non-existent. Coffee and prepackaged muffins. Definitely not as advertised. Location is centralized. We got what we paid for.
