When I first arrived at the hotel and check in, my room smelled horrible. When I went downstairs and told them that it was a really foul smell in the room they gave me febreeze. I went back to the room and sprayed. The smell did not leave. I then asked to change rooms. They were able to change my room. When I arrived to the second room everything was fine until I took a shower. The water was really cold. I tried to turn the knob all ways and the water never warmed up. A disappointment on top of a stressful situation e came here because our home is having remodeling. It is convenient enough: travel between house and hotel is about 5 minutes home to hotel most anytime. Hotel to house a bit longer - 15 minutes during the day but only about 5 minutes at night. The front desk staff are very personable and friendly. Getting services like housekeeping and maintenance, not so much.

Most depressing stay I have stayed at many hotels and this was my worst experience.The room was musty and old,the sheets were itchy,the tv was small and worst of all the bathroom ceiling was leaking the following morning and there was water all over the bathroom floor.I was so tired of this room I just left as early as I could without showering because I did not even want to get in the tub or stay in that room.The breakfast included was a joke-granola bars and coffee!

No respetan reservación pagada, y sin rembolso La experiencia fue muy mala, ya que el hotel no respetó mi reservación pagada, llegué antes de la hora límite para el check in y me dicen que ya no hay habitaciones disponibles. Tuve que irme al primer hotel que encontré y pagar el doble de precio por la primer noche. Y para colmo, no me quisieron regresar el dinero de mis cuatro noches pagadas, me dicen que no aceptan reembolsos por cancelación, cuando yo nunca cancelé, ellos simplemente no me dieron servicio. I have stayed in better campsites in rural France! Whilst I never expected luxury at the rate we paid, Sheraton, Hilton etc were a similar price. I wish I'd chosen one of those but the benefit of hindsight is a wonderful thing isn't it? The room, although a good size, was very tired with beaten up furniture and furnishings, broken light fittings and an overall feeling of being on the verge of shutting.
