Elevator was broken. I had stayed here two weeks prior and elevator was out of service then so who knows when the last time elevator worked. Had room on 3rd floor at the end of the hall. Carry all my stuff to room and both key cards don’t work. Walk all the way back to front desk and get new cards made, again cards don’t work. Low to no water,no tv but still taking reservation Im a truck driver that loves extended stay,never had a problem with them. But unfortunately this time is different. There's a rodeo in Houston this weekend and also water main break in the city that supplies 70% of the city's water. Check was great until the mention of low water pressure, no hot water which low water pressure i understood but no hot water didn't make sense but checked in because i needed rest from the road. Disappointed Hotel was disappointing. A lot more rundown than pictures showed. Rooms look like some areas renovated like bathroom shower & toilet. Other areas bedroom & kitchenette furniture and counters have burns, stained & chipped. Fitted bed sheets clean but torn. 32” TV reception was fuzzy on premium channels. Smoke detector detached& hanging on ceiling. Stayed 2 nights but did not see coffee or continental breakfast. Desk attendant did not indicate there was a breakfast. The hotel stinks. It has a bad order when walk in. The sheets or the bed had a faint piss smell. No vending machine and no hot breakfast. What the hell is a grab and go? First time ever hearing that term.

Smelly! The whole place smelled bad, and my room smelled even worse! I had to go to walmart and buy some glade spray. The hallways were dirty and unless you stay a week there’s no housekeeping. The bed was actually descent, but other than that not a good experience.
