Disappointed The only interaction I had was with the girl at the front counter and she was very pleasant. The overall place was poorly maintained and the cleanliness of my room, not that good. Needs much updating!
Terrible Experience There was dead roaches as well as live roaches crawling on the sink and the towels. There was hair in the tub and the toilet was leaking around the bottom. We did not stay even though the sign said no refunds!

Poor The elevator was not working and we were on the third floor. NO ICE!!! Nothing, absolutely nothing, in kitchen area. Nothing but shampoo and soap bar in bathroom. Had to go to desk for glasses. Less than helpful.

Discomfort Inn The first room I was issued had a moist, mildew smell to it. The atmosphere was off and the decor was outdated. It wasn’t just that it was old, but it looked as they weren’t taken care of or replaced when needed. In addition to that, I noticed a few roaches in the bath room when I first arrived. Although the individual who checked me in was no longer there, the person at the front desk agreed to change my room and gave me one a few doors down. There was trash in the kitchen cabinet area that had not been throw away from prior people who stayed there. Then the 2nd day they were working on the room right next door taking everything including the bed furniture ect out of the room we had no peace and quiet all i heard waa hammering, noises
