Seems this hotel received complaints about me but did not let me know until I was checking out they received complaints about me and assumed they were about me because I received feedback that I was rude to the staff whom I never interacted with and I was told I was not welcome back at the hotel. I purposely avoided their staff because they were very bizarre and always seemed to have some kind of altercation with the customers in the hallways at the front desk everywhere. This stay at Extended Stay Greenway Plaza in Houston was the worst hotel experience I've had. After check-in we received our room keys for a room on the third floor just to be told the elevator doesn't work. The staircase up to the third floor was filthy, it appeared to not have been cleaned for days, maybe weeks. The hallway down to our room was noisy with loud music playing in multiple rooms and dead cockroaches on the floor. me agrado la ubicación, no me gusto que se escuchaba muchísimo ruido de las habitaciones continuas y nunca supe donde se ubicaba el desayuno, en recepción solo vi a alguien al entrar y salir, si no les hablas no están en el desk a veces aun hablándoles nadie respondía.

Cockroaches everywhere I’ve never seen a place be so infested with bugs. In the bathroom, on the bed, on the furniture. I don’t know that the room had been vacuumed in months. Would not recommend.

Smelly Very musky smelly hotel. Just nasty vibe. Would not recommend under any circumstances.

Our room smelled like smoke and mildew, the smoke detector was dangling from the ceiling by a couple wires, the toilet seat was not properly attached and we were accosted by a tweaker in the parking lot. We did not stay after viewing the room.
