Very outdated; bought pizza left out of the room for 20 mins. When i came back, roaches was in the pizza box and crawling on the fridge. No pots or pans for kitchen.

Both rooms we were given smelled like stale cigarette smoke even though they were nonsmoking. The first restroom had a strong dog urine odor. It was terrible.

having discussed my needs that night to the owner and one of his employees - Knowing full well I needed - a handicap room on the first floor cause My husband was having an angioplasty the following morning they had me call Travelocity saying I could not rent a room there unless I went thru Travelocity They said they knew what I needed but to just get a reservation #. Once I got reservation # they said no I could not have a handicap room on the first floor that my husband had to take the stairs since elevator had been out for... read more

One word: FLEAS!!!! Run! Front desk woman acted like it was no big deal and said they’re pet friendly and people have pets there for months! She was incredibly rude and sarcastic. I could only do the chat with Orbitz given it was late at night but the agent called me and fixed it right away. I had to move to a different hotel at midnight but the Orbitz agents were so incredibly nice and understanding. My bed is infested with bedbugs and they won’t even give me money back!! Just gave me another room but I’m in the parking it sleep in my truck!!!! Biggest disappointment!! All I wanted was some sleep!!!!

Never again Room was horrible couldn't even stay one night. Room had a smoke smell and was a min smoking room. Fire alarm falling down over the bed. No pillow cases were on any of the pillows. Something felt as if it was biting in the sheets. AC made a loud humming noise.
