The property is somewhat dated and could benefit from more upkeep, but the staff is friendly and welcoming, and the area feels safe. Given the reasonable price, I feel this hotel offers good value overall.

Good first impression! Comfortable and spacious! I actually have never stayed at one so it was as good first time. Concierge people were nice as well!
Little disappointed I usually stay here when in Houston, but this visit was less than good. No water pressure in shower, there were bugs in bathroom and counter tops
