Very clean room. What I didnt like was/ - The elevator madre some weird noises while going up or down - The bathroom door didnt close - The "Continental" breakfast its Just coffe and muffins Other than that its pretty confortable.

The place needs maintenance . The entrance facade needs some kind of renovation

It’s a basic hotel. All rooms have full size refrigerator and a small kitchen area. Which would be good if staying for a while. But for an overnight visit, the only benefit was the low price. They can keep prices low because the rooms are dated. The carpets are well used and the room fixtures (bathtub, lights, air conditioner, etc) are functional older models. To get the highest rating, they need to remodel and upgrade the place.
