Our room was clean and neat but the refrigerator and dishwasher looked to be well used and needed to be replaced. When the fridge would cut off it would rattle loudly. It was hard to sleep.

Cleanliness could be better. Bad odor when you walk in! Smells like mildew. Bathroom could be a lot cleaner.

Everything is ok and works.
Promised us continental breakfast then said there was no breakfast. There were also no extra sheets for the sofa bed (I understand they don’t have to be in the room, I’m not upset at that) but when I went down to the front desk for more, there was no one there. I even called the number on the phone for extra sheets but no one ever answered.

There was no toilet paper in the room. On the last night, my key would not open the door. I was told the card reader was not working and they could not reactivate my key. I was told if i needed to leave my room to leave the door unlatched so i couldvget back in.

No milk for cereal. Helpful staff at the desk. Flatware and dishes were great.

Good-sized room but extra little guests It was a good sized room for a small group, with a comfy couch & chair as well as the beds plus a large fridge/freezer. Be aware that no eating utensils or plates provided and very limited toiletries. Main issue though was the daily invasion by a family of cockroach type creatures, which seemed to be coming up through gaps in the bathroom floor but popped up all around the room during our stay.
