Good but could be IMPROVED The room was ok and with the rigth appliances, but they are useless because there is no provision of utensiles, no pots, no cutlery, etc. The breakfast only includes coffe and muffin, that should be cleared in the information.
Old Hotel, Needs Serious Upgrading This hotel is decent enough for the price. However, many things about it need serious upgrades. I have stayed here twice because it is close to the medical center. Having the little kitchen in the room is very nice. However, both times I stayed there, the elevator had problems. It was a serious wait for the elevator. Sometimes it just wasn't working. The "so-called" free breakfast is little more than a muffin and coffee. I think they also had some sort of breakfast protein bar but that was ... read more

I was in Houston for a doctor's appointment and I like this hotel for it's convenience and price. Usually, I have a nice room but this particular room had many flaws. The toilet leaked and was very annoying while I tried to sleep. The rubber baseboard was unglued and sticking out and the floor was very sticky. I am glad I brought my house slippers. There was no bedside clock in the room and no USB outlets. This is not the norm for this hotel.
Business response:

Disappointed I was in n Houston to have surgery the next day but I wanted to go swimming because the next 3 weeks I can’t swim. I got ready to go to the pool but then when I got out there the pool was closed. They didn’t give me a very good excuse why it was closed so I wasn’t very happy because that’s why I picked this hotel was for the pool and it was close to the surgery center. Also when I got to my room it smelled like smoke as if someone had been smoking in the room. but it was suppose to be a no smoking room.

Broken elevator Everything was great except the elevator broke during the stay and my elderly father had to go down 3 floors. I was scared he would fall or pass out. But other than that, it was fine.

Stay was good here we have stayed here several times when I have doctors appointments I’m medical district
The property was very convenient to most of the MD Anderson Medical Facilities. It wasn't the cleanest place I've ever stayed. But it wasn't completely gross, either. For the price, I would stay there again.
