It was a good distance from MD Anderson hospital where I was having tests made. Our room had a strong bleach odor when we arrived, but after leaving vent fan on it bath for an hour or so, it was much better. I'm sure it was clean as much bleach as they had used.

I booked our stay in Houston at this property due to its proximity to the Houston Natural History Museum, its free breakfast, pool and the availability of a larger room for 5 people. However, breakfast was only a first-come-first served individually packaged chocolate muffin and coffee. Additionally, the pool was closed. Regarding customer service, whenever we needed to request something no one was present at the front desk, and no one answered the phone. Staff was very friendly. Room was only adequately clean. Carpet didn’t seam thoroughly vacuumed and an old soap wrapper fell out of shower curtain. Good location for my son’s MD Anderson follow up visit.
