Overall it was a great stay except the property had some stains in the carpet and door seemed to be forced in but was working properly

Close to medical center
affordable, convenient. This is a very affordable hotel close to the large Texas Medical University /MD Anderson Campus. It is older, but had complete kitchenette. The front desk staff was very responsive and helpful for all my requests.

Coldest night in Houston amd both heaters in the room would just blow cold air. We were told just to unplug them and plug them back in.
