There was a broken drawer in the kitchen area. There was construction going on during the day.

Rooms are upgraded, nice and clean. They had new microwaves and fresh paint throughout the entire building. Customer service was great. I have stayed here several times before. It was great to see the upgrading.

TEXAS BOWLを観にNRGスタジアムに行く目的で予約しました。 距離的に近く歩いて行けます。 試合当日は夜中でも賑やかなので、不安はありません。 地図上は、ホリデイインの裏になりますが、入り口が向かいなので、沢山の宿泊者がいるので、試合当日は夜も安心です。 すぐ近くにFIESTAと言うスーパーマーケットがあります。 値段も安くて、店内調理のタコスなど美味しいです。 ドリンクやフルーツなど買えば安上がりです。 スタジアム内は高いので、ここで買ってホテルで食事して、試合を観に行けば節約できます。 今年はワールドカップ開催なので、日本人でもこのホテルならオススメです。 但し、自分達が宿泊した時はワールドカップへ向けてか、部屋の改装をしていて、廊下など乱雑でした。 これは仕方ない事です。 1点だけ、不満はドライヤーが部屋に無くて、フロントに言いに行ったら、引き出しに入ってると言われたけど、どこにも無く、再度言いに行くのが面倒だからドライヤーを使えなかった。 しかし、ワールドカップやNFLを観に行く日本人でも安心して宿泊出来るホテルです。 笑ったのは、試合当日ホテルの駐車場の空いてるところを、20ドルの張り紙を貼って集客してました。 日本のJリーグ... read more

The breakfast was severely lacking

Negatives: huge leak next to the elevator being caught in a trash can. Third floor smelled strongly of weed. Breakfast was nonexistent. No plug for the bathtub. Positives: check in clerk was friendly, room was spacious and furniture comfortable. Our floor was pretty quiet too.
