Was told when we got there elevator was broken. Room was a little stuffy. Moved sofa to see tv better and it was very dirty underneath. Shower didn't throw out enough water and rub made a creaking sounds every time you moved.

The room was fine for me, it was cheap and right next to the NRG. It looked like a lot of homeless people hang out in the parking lot. Even the hotel across the street had a gated parking lot. The room thermostat was a fake thermostat and the buttons didn't do anything. I guess the temperature was controlled somewhere else? Not sure. The bathtub faucet was leaking and had to listen to that all night. Its an older hotel, in need of upgrades. Safe quiet area. It was worth the short stay. Elevator was not working but front desk person took our bags upstairs. My elderly mother was with me. Customer service was good. Will stay again.

Give it a try The checking in wasnt a problem at very quick and very friendly. Room was roomy and quiet. The checkout time was the actual check out.
