Overall this was a nice stay. Staff was friendly. No one was at the desk for about 5-10 minutes each time I visited the desk but it wasn't too long a wait and staff was extremely helpful. Room itself was nice. Found long hair in multiple places. On kitchen counter, wrapped around toilet bowl lid and multiple hairs inside of the shower tub close to the drain. Shower water was luke warm. Maybe because it was closer to checkout time. Shower tub stopper wouldn't work so you couldn't take a bath.

Not a safe spot for women on their own. Visited the Texas Medical Center for a week while nephew was fighting for his life in the ICU at Memorial Herman. I called beforehand to check the rate for my dogs and was told $29 for 6 days but additional $50 for over 7 days. Room smelled bad. Hallway smelled bad. No hair conditioner or pots and pans.
