An honest review from someone who never complains I’m not one who leaves reviews but felt the need to write one for my experience at this hotel. We came in for a concert at NRG Arena so we booked 2 rooms for 2 nights. There are only 2 good things about this hotel - Temeka and location! The lady working the front desk, Temeka, was phenomenal! She was so nice, knowledgeable and just a kind person! And our walk to NRG was only a half mile so we didn’t have to drive in and fight traffic which was great! The rest of our stay was ... read more

check in staff not professional. Yelling for other staff. hotel needs an update. everything old and outdated. needs better ventilation, humidity was everywhere.

As always, the staff is courteous, helpful, and friendly. The rooms are spacious enough for 3 adults,along with service animals.

Great Had the best time the lady at the front counter Tamika was amazing you can tell she cares about everyone that walks in Rooms were clean really good had the best time will most definitely recommend this hotel and will be coming back on another vacay

Mother’s Day night out Over night stay was convenient to the stadium that is within walking distance. Highly recommend. Comfortable room.
