Highly recommend This is a wonderful hotel. This was our second time staying here and is was wonderful both times. Clean, comfortable and the staff was great.

The closeness to md Anderson was good. The shuttle service was very convenient. Room wasn’t very clean. Had a roach crawling around on the bathroom wall.

Good hotel Great wi-fi The hotel is in a very prime location. Everything we needed was nearby. There was an old smell in the room, and our a/c went out, but the staff graciously moved us to a better smelling room with a working a/c and everything was fine. I really liked the hotel and the service. I would recommend it. The wi-fi also worked amazing, with no freezes...I was very surprised.

Had better experiences at other extended stay. This one smelled funny, doesn’t provide dishes unless you pay extra, doesn’t have daily housekeeping, must take old towels to front to get new ones, staff watch you on camera then come to front desk to help opposed to being at front desk, they advertise free breakfast but it’s really “grab and go” like coffee and muffins. The bedding was really thin when asked for extra blanket they don’t provide them. Rooms are outdated. Paid for a sofa bed but it had no bedding or pillows. It ... read more
