You can tell that this is an ancient building. Everything looks drab and dingy and you can also see cracks in the walls, the elevator was loud and extremely worn with damaged floors and walls. A water leak from the bathtub into the kitchen area washed out a few dead roaches on the kitchen floor. I didn't stay after that.

The room smelled so bad like mold . Giant stain on ceiling like water damage . They do not have any ice at the hotel . I could have never stayed more than the night .

Hotel has a bad smell, floors was sticky and had roaches crawling on floor and walls also woke up to a roach crawling on pillows. Not a place we will come back to.

Do not stay here Dirty, beds uncomfortable, nothing in the kitchen, no plates, utensils, etc. had to ask and it took several hours to get. No breakfast at the hotel. No hair dryer. The knob in the shower wouldn’t stay where placed so had to take a scalding hot shower and freezing cold shower. One of the worst hotels we’ve ever stayed in. We were here for a volleyball tournament and it was close to NRG but not worth it at all.

Roach infested. If I couldn’t give a negative star I would. Roach infested. I called hotels.com twice and was told we can only move you to another room. I couldn’t cancel my trip or move to another location. I was moved to another room and there was roaches in that room also. Literally woke up to a roach on my face. Never again.

So our booking was for 3pm we didn’t get attended to until 3:30 totally unacceptable at this point than the 2 lady’s act like they couldn’t figure out how to access their own accounts to confirm my booking
