Too many roaches crawling everywhere and it’s no rooms available to move out of this room.

No breakfast was provided and ac dint worked

I suggest ANY other motel/hotel unless absolutely desperate. Check in staff wrre rude and short. Night staff was hospitable and accomodating. The room smelled of wet dog. I opened the window to air out and it was worse. I turned the air on and left it on. Also bought a can of smoke x and it helped.

There were roaches in the room the ac only cooled one bedroom area and there was two microwaves one did not work and the other caused the lights to flicker when we used. The one that did not work would beep every so often so I had to unplug so we could sleep.

The staff was very friendly but allowed less than desirable guest or locals to loiter in the parking lot. I stayed at the hotel while there was a huge event going on at nearby NRG. I would have expected the hotel to clean up the property and not allow the guest / locals to hang out in the parking lot. The guest looked very sketchy giving an unsafe feeeling.
