Not the best Rooms need to be totally updated. Smell in the room was bad and sheet rock in the shower was coming off

Stolen Auto My truck was stolen at 930 pm from hotel parking lot- just 3 hours after I arrived. I have driven my truck 7 years, many miles snd places. This hotel has no security despite what they may say. If you choose to go, be prepared.

The location was great for our visit but there was no hot water to speak of!

Wifi signal was almost non-existent, I had a better connection using my phone as a wifi-hotspot. There was an underlying odor of cigarettes throughout the facility. I also saw a cockroach in my room, and there's never "just one" cockroach anywhere.

Only think nice was it was close to the Stadium, are purpose for being in Houston. Other than that the smell was terrible. People literally were living there and "hanging out" all day outside the front door and lobby. More cats occupied the pool than people. Noisy kids durning the day and night. If you needed anything (towels ext) had to go get yourself. Not once in the 5 days we were there did I see ANY maid and the dirtiness prove they dont come often. Not a very good experience hotel wise.

Dirty and Poor Service it was horrible they had us go to another hotel not the one we booked and failed to notify me about it. Then they had roaches I told the front desk they told me they knew about it so why even give us the room. they were everywhere.
