No hot water through shower head. Smelled of cigs even though no smoking.

Dont book here! Not a very clean hotel. Pictures on the app are not accurate for room descriptions. There were roaches on the room. I had to change my own linen and had to go down to get dishes. No one would bring them up. Being a senior i asked for a 1st floor and was told it was too late because he had activated the 2nd floor room keys already.

Disappointed Room was terrible..Air-conditioning barley worked, hallway was just nasty. I would never again book a room from this place.

Worst Extended Stay Initial room had several roaches. Informed the front desk and they were able to move me to another room. Same issue with the second room. People had bags of trash sitting in the hallway. Had to get fresh towels from the front desk because there wasn’t any cleaning staff around. Toilet was leaking and visible mold in the bathroom.

No coffee available in morning, said there was coffee and breakfast but nothing was available. No ice machine at hotel, no blow dryer available; never stayed in a hotel that didn’t have this available. Bed was hard and place was run down. Kitchen but nothing in it to you use, found 2 plastic cups and that was was it.

Hotel was dirty the restroom has tiny cockroaches the floor our room was in they were remodeling the room in front of us & it was so hot & musty & noise bc of the dust that was there. We felt very congested. The only convenience was the NRG stadium was walking distance I mean you get what you paid for.

the micro honda the shower and sofa bed was there. decomposed it was a pancake spending the night there unhealthy the mattresses smell of pee I have photos and videos to prove what I say
