Go elsewhere The first room was dirty, appears to have been broken in to prior. AC did not work. Attempted to get a refund but told the manager or team lead were the only ones to do it, on Monday(check in Saturday). Second room better but facility is ran poorly.

I booked this hotel to go to a game at NRG Stadium. The hotel is within walking distance so I did not have to worry about buying parking for the event. The location and the friendly staff were the only positives though. The hotel itself is dirty and crumbling. When I first walked in, it felt like a nursing home. We had to change rooms because we discovered mold in our first room. The bathroom light flickered like a horror movie and the whole place smelled terrible. Would not recommend this hotel.

The location and surrounding area is great. Hotel itself was disappointing, the hotel smells bad and not cleaned properly. The commentary breakfast is just a cart with coffee and granola bars. Pay the extra $50 for a room and steer clear from here. I will not be returning.

At first, everything seemed fine. Everyone was nice. Initially, the only thing that bothered me was the shower. The water directly from the tap was hot, which is why it was very strange when I turned the shower on and the water was barely warm.
