Terrible Experience I was so disappointed.... It looked like this is a location for homeless people!!!

Never to Return First room we were given reeked of smoke. The second room was hot and muggy and not clean. Gum was mashed into well worn carpet in many places. And when we were ready for bed, we discovered bugs in the bed. It was midnight by this time and we were exhausted so we did not have our son sleep on the bed. Next morning we asked for a the grab and go food bag only to learn they did offer it, despite it being marketed as part of the stay. Book at your own risk! The condition of the hotel was just ok. The hotel is very old so that’s to be expected. The pool was out of order. They attempted to double charge me. I had to get Hotels.com involved to fix the problem. Not sure if this was intentional or ignorance. Not good either way. Also, one of my kids left her iPad in the room. We know it was there because of tracking and we knew the exact location of it in the room. No one had been in that room when I notified the front desk about it because my reservation had ... read more

Horrible stay Horrible! The hotel was dirty, horrible odor and had roaches. I’m fighting to get my refund AFTER leaving due to these issues same day. A refund was promised, however I’m 2 weeks in and still have not received a refund. Do not stay here!
