There were bed bugs in the first room . I had to get up at 4 am with marks all over my back and went downstairs and front desk agreed that it was discussed and moved me to another room but the tv didn’t work and then it was uncomfortable that we hadda wake up earlier to move to a different riom

Good location but don't expect greatness. Room smelled musky, there was candy gummies on the floor our dog was caught eating.

My husband and I only stayed 1 night, and this was the worst experience I have every encountered. Huge video recording screen at front desk when you walk in, was a little off setting. The elevator barely worked. The room air conditioner hardly blew. We reported this problem, and all the did was come up and hit reset on the air conditioner. My son and I had to check out after I was placed in two rooms with fleas so bad on the bed. My 4 year old son had bites all over him. The gentleman in the front was very nice and helped refund my money. However my son still has bites on him. The rooms definitely need to be treated.

The bed was OK. The fact that I made a reservation for a king size bed but got there at 4 pm only to find out that they didn't have any available. In fact, they claimed it was the fault of EXPEDIA that we didn't get what we wanted. The cramped common area and dirty elevator. I was empressed with the girl who checked me out when she was all smiles and told me to give them A TEN on my survey.

I'm extremely disappointed that no hair dryer was provided. For the breakfast, they only offered grab-and-go foods. No hot food provided so I'm so disappointed.
