Bring you’re own blankets. And just park elsewhere The blankets were so thin even with the air conditioning off, the room was a little to cold. Also my vehicle got damaged. Somebody keyed my driver door, a bit on my driver passenger side and the back of my truck. I went to the hotel to see if I can see the recording and they simply said they don’t have cameras outside. I NEED A REFUND FROM EXPEDIA BECAUSE EVERY TIME I BOOK WITH YOU GUYS, I GET THE ROOMS WITH POOR AIR CONDITIONING. THIS NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED. I PAY THE AMOUNT OF MONEY THAT YOU AND THE HOTEL HAVE DEEMED FAIR; I DIDNT PAY MONEY TO GET A ROOM WITH POOR CONDITIONS. YHIS NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED

Bad smell in the room It’s not kids friendly, got a call from front desk about my kids making noise. The room was very smelly and bathroom had very bad odor.

Breakfast I chose this hotel bc it showed grab-n-go breakfast. When I checked in NO BREAKFAST & no ice machine. Yes, full size frig has ice tray, however, I’m only here for 2 nights. I needed ice when I arrived.

Bad Customer Service When checking into the room. The tv did not work. We were on vacation so we would like to enjoy movies. They did not accommodate us and did not want to refund us the money.

Nothing is perfect We had to move to five different rooms before we could settle down for the night one-room the stove did not work the next room has fleas the other two rooms both smell real bad and finally the 5th room was fine I did appreciate customer service but it was one of the worst experiences I've had
