Bad place They are the worst to stay at they take ur money out your account and play stupid with u when you call to get it back in your account.

After driving 6+ hours when we reached there at 2pm they asked us to wait for another hr as the official check in time is 3pm. While booking I specifically asked about if breakfast is included and they said yes, but what they serve is just coffee that too until 9:30am!

Extended Stay America Houston-Nasa is bad First, the hotel advertises for a Free Parking. What do they expect? Do they expect the guest to walk to their hotel? 2nd, they provided us with a very dirty with a bad smell room, and after we complained they moved us to a cleaner room. However, we had to request the kitchen items and a coffee maker from the front desk in order to use the kitchen. One soap and one small bottle of shampoo were provided for two guests for two nights. Roaches Front desk attitude Kitchenware had to be picked up at desk so I had to walk down in my night wear No hot water

Will not recommend Breakfast is an oatmeal pouch. you have to take it room and do it by yourself.

Infestado de cucarachas Habitación infestada de cucarachas (tengo video ),no te quieren hacer el aseo hasta después de tres DIAS y cómo hay cocineta ya se imaginarán que la gente deja comida por días si quieres toallas y papel debes de bajar las sucias y te las cambian en recepción la atención de su gente en recepción antipática y hasta un poco arrogante
