I didn’t stay there due to room availability even though I paid for the room through Expedia. The front desk informed me that she only had a “show room” but didn’t have a key to unlock the room.
This is more like an effiency apartment than a hotel room. No ice available. The in room fridge did not work. No in room coffee maker. Breakfast was non existent. No juice only coffee, hot choc and granola bars.. (PHEWY!) I will not stay again!

Bad service. Poor communication.. Long, very long and drawn out wait to even check in. Everyone kept runningvinand out from behind the desk. And then come to find out they do not accept cash at all. After you go through the whole thing to even make the reservation. And they charge SOOOK MUCH MONEY TO BRING YOUR DOG. Its unbelievable. Even if it is a service animal.

It is the dirtiest place I’ve ever stayed! Be aware they allow pets in the rooms! I think my room had fleas my granddaughter got eaten up and I had bites around my ankles! Woke up in the night to use the restroom and found a cockroach, I was in room 223! Fingerprints and smudges all over glass and doors like they hadn’t been cleaned in 6 moths! The health department needs to shut this place down until they clean up there act! If you decide to stay here know you have been advised against it!

What I didn’t like was the unwillingness of the staff to make good on the promises of travelocity. I will never stay there again. I will never use travelocity again. Travelocity used the bait and switch. We booked a room with a king bed and a full breakfast. We get there we find out that we paid more money for much less. We got a full size bed and Coffey with toast and bagels. We were told that they only have full size beds and the carry out breakfast. Never trust never stay.

Check-in desk worker was very pleasant. Room was dirty. Carpet was gross. Hotel smells.

Worst stay so far Was about $50 more expensive than other stays. Room had not been finished getting cleaned, and the pillows were stained yellow. Have stayed here several times, but this one by far was the worst stay. Not happy with the stay at all, I ended up leaving and not even staying the night. Very very disappointed with my stay.

Very bad experience We did not like it. We visited this hotel with our old parents. First the reception guy took a long time to check us in. It was mentioned that they would provide us complimentary breakfast in the morning. But nothing like that happened there was only coffee and few breakfast bars there.
