They have TWO blow dryers for the entire hotel. So bring your own blow dryer. Staff is very dry and un-accommodating. The phone in my room wasn’t connected to a phone jack or power cord, (no cords on the phone either). So if you need anything you have to walk down to front desk and ask for it. Found 2 dirty towels hanging from the shower rod. Emailed the general manager, with still no response. Very dissapointing will not stay here again . I don’t recommend.

The hotel didn't the reserve and i had to stay on other hotel

Upon arrival I was informed they no longer had a room available for us to stay. They gave our room away and canceled our reservation. We had to drive around for an hour trying to figure out where to stay with an agent from orbitz/Expedia to help us find another room. Extremely frustrating. How does someone give a room away after confirming our reservation?!

Never Again Zero stars if I could. Absolutely worst customer service I've ever experienced dealing with hotels. I just left thos location and I saw on my card transactions that they had already charged for my room prior to my check in. Once I arrived to actually check in they said they had my reservation under a king sized bed, I booked my room two weeks in advanced for full size doubles, and they tell me they don't have any more rooms available for me. We called the hotel and told we would be checking in a little late, when we arrived at the hotel, the receptionist was very rude, he said they are already full and cannot give us the rooms, when I tried to tell him, we called for a late check in he said it was not entered in the system and cannot give us the rooms, finally after 20 min discussion, he said he will check again, Gosh not sure how did he find the rooms this time, Overall not at all satisfied with the service, Horrible experience with check in process

I had a paid reservation and call to notify them of the late check in and was told my room was not available when I arrived was told with a bad attitude to find a solution. Horrible service
