the room was dirty. visible crumbs and dust on the floors. nothing felt clean to the touch.

Very inconvenient Needed to move my check in day and they refused to help me. I had gotten an email saying that it wasnt booked in the first placd, thus the reason why i then realized it did and it was too late to check in and they would not assist me. They told me to call hotels.com and hotels.com said i had to contact the property.

This place need a new manager and a new cleaning crew, the hotel is a mess

I liked that the room had a kitchen and i liked the price. What I did not like was that there were roaches on floor when we walked in that scattered as soon as we turned on the lights. It was very gross and discusting.

Dirty Room / Issue Not Resolved :( Experience was a nightmare. Upon checking in with my family on a business trip I immediately noticed the restroom had not been cleaned. There was dry urine on the toilet seat. The toilet paper had been used and not replaced. Bathtub was broken and there was what seemed to be pubic hairs in tub and bathroom sink. bugs and cockroaches were all over this property, even though my room was changed 3 times, the cleanness of the room were always disappointing
