Hotel Rawanda Poor management at facility, unorganized, and not hospitable

The lady that checked us in kept saying she was nauseous and needed to go vomit during check-in, which I felt was highly inappropriate. When we were finally able to get up to our room, our room smelled like cat urine and the floor was soaking wet. When we spoke to the front desk about it, their solution was to use their febreeze or to switch rooms, but if we switched rooms, it wasn’t guaranteed that it wouldn’t smell as well. If it wasn't for the convenient location to Johnson Space Center which was the purpose of our visit, I would have given this hotel the lowest score possible. In the first five minutes in the room we dispatched an equal amount of roaches. Finally had to go to CVS next door to get a can of Raid just to make our stay possible. No thanks...Never Again!

Hotel staff poorly coordinated and focused. Staff is either not inspecting rooms post occupancy, facilities and grounds, or just don't care. Should not have accepted the condition of the second room and requested reimbursement. Never again... Please see details below. -Lobby entrance area also the smoking area. Mal servicio a cuartos Nunca me había sucedido que en un hotel no hicieran el aseo del cuarto en todo el día. Nosotros salimos temprano del hotel a pasear por Houston, y cuando regresamos por la noche, el aseo no se había hecho en el cuarto.

Even though it said continental breakfast included, they just served a to go coffee and oats. Really disappointed.

Not good We were not given the room we booked. Turns out the hotel didn't even have that room. The elevator was broken and they tried to give us a room on third floor. Then we finally get to out very small room. All night the AC made horrible noises. They kept giving me only 2 dishes at a time for 4 people. Beds we're hard as a rock. Shower was grimey. However the manager tried her best to make it better for my daughter's birthday and got her cupcakes.
