The staff was friendly but there were 2 cockroaches in our room. There was a trash room down the hall that was overflowing with trash and leaking something into the hallway.

We stayed one night. (+): Good location. Lady at check-in was very nice. (-): Phone in room did not work (was not connected) and bathroom sink backed up and did not drain properly. Check-in lady said hotel does not employ maintenance staff on Sundays, so she was unable to fix these room problems. We asked for a discount to compensate for these problems. Lady said we would need to contact Expedia. Also, there was very little toilet paper in bathroom. We had to go to front desk to get toilet paper. They quickly ran out of coff... read more

The parking lot needed cleaning, the hall ways needed cleaning, the room had roaches. the elevator wasn't working, and no ice maker at all.

The location is great right across from NASA and close to restaurants. The room was dirty, the elevator did not work since I checked in and out that was for 7 days. The last day there was no water for 5 hours.

I reserved a room for my family online the Friday before our Saturday checkin. Once we arrived to our hotel to checkin at 10 pm, we found out they had given our room away! The lady was rude and could careless! I have two young children and no where to go. The nearest hotel with available rooms was an hour plus away! I get that things happen, but there has not been one "Im sorry" I am beyond livid!

Beware--this hotel overbooks! Upon arriving at 10 pm to check-in, the family in front of me was being told by the desk clerk that the hotel was overbooked and even though they had a reservation the type of room they reserved wasn't available and they'd have to call the company they booked through to either change the type of room (he said there were 2-3 king rooms available) or go elsewhere. Promise but not prove The staff was pleasant the room was not. The room had a bed spread that was bloody on the clean bed and the eye I’m the kitchen didn’t work. I chose this hotel because of location and the kitchen and was disappointed in both. The promise to come but never did send the technician for the stove and never replace the bedding not discount because I BOOK THROUGH EXPEDIA so because I used your booking agent I had to suffer through that’s not fair at all

ROOM WAS HORRIBLE First thing coffee maker did not work ,the iron did not work, there was roaches all over the room,refrigerator was filthy, my girlfriend and i were not comfortable.

Mala experiencia Eramos cuatro personas y reservamos una habitación con 2 camas, cuando llegamos nos dieron una habitación de una cama y no hicieron nada para resolverlo, jamás regreso a ese hotel o similar
